The story
The museum is closing. He cannot bring himself to turn off the rain.
On the last evening before a weather museum closes, its caretaker is told to dispose of the cloud he has tended for twenty years. Outside, the city has forgotten the smell of rain. Carrying the fragile exhibit through empty streets, he searches for somewhere to release it before the only people who remember what it means lose patience with his small rebellion.
