For small-business owners
I help you find where AI can be useful, try it on real work, and give your team a clear way to use it. My approach draws on 20 years of small-business experience and work with many businesses.
Years in small business
20
I know the day-to-day decisions behind a small business: customers, costs, a busy team, and an owner with limited time.
About meWork directly with me
We start with your business problem, choose a manageable scope, and agree what a useful result would look like.
Start with the work
These are possible starting points. We check the fit with your team, tools, budget, and data before choosing one.
Draft answers to recurring questions and prepare follow-ups for your team to review.
Turn your products and offers into a repeatable Arabic and English content workflow.
Summarise enquiry notes and prepare the next action so opportunities are easier to track.
Prepare meeting summaries, organise documents, and draft routine internal updates.
Turn agreed business figures into a readable draft summary, with the numbers checked by your team.
Build practical prompts, templates, and instructions for the tasks your team repeats.
Three ways to work together
Choose a clear first step. Each plan has an agreed scope and a practical handover.
About one week
Best suited to
You want to use AI, but need to decide where to start.
Scope: Assessment and planning. Implementation is quoted separately.
About three to four weeks
Best suited to
You have a specific task and want to test a useful way to improve it.
Scope: One workflow. Major integrations, migrations, and production rollout need a separate agreed scope.
Monthly engagement
Best suited to
Your team is adopting AI and needs someone to guide the next decisions.
Scope: Advice and review. Custom builds and day-to-day operation are quoted separately.
Timetables are indicative. We confirm the scope, fee, and schedule in a written quote before work starts. Software subscriptions and third-party costs are agreed separately.
How we start
01
Send your business type, team size, and one task that takes more time than it should.
02
We choose the plan, the deliverables, and how to assess the result. You receive a written quote.
03
We work on the agreed task, review what happens, and leave your team with clear instructions.
Before we talk
No. Start with a business problem. I explain the options in plain language and help your team practise on relevant tasks.
The assessment and monthly advisor plans focus on decisions and guidance. The pilot includes a limited implementation for one agreed workflow. Larger builds are scoped separately.
We review what you already use first. A pilot uses agreed tools; if a new subscription or integration is needed, we discuss its cost and suitability before proceeding.
We agree a starting baseline and a useful measure, such as time per task, corrections needed, or follow-ups completed. The review helps you decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop.
We start with sample or anonymised data where possible and agree what can be shared with each tool. Your team checks outputs and approves customer messages and business actions.
The fee depends on the agreed scope, tools, and support needed. Send me a brief description on WhatsApp and we can identify the right plan before I prepare a quote.
Your first step
What do you do, how big is your team, and which task keeps taking your time? A short WhatsApp message is enough to start.
