The story

After his father's death, a man brings home a dollhouse built from rooms he remembers too well. A child moves downstairs. A younger man leaves a light burning above him. When a small change inside alters a cherished memory, he must choose between repairing the past and protecting the imperfect life that still needs him outside the house.
