Executive summary

AzizMe offers four services: AI automation, Arabic digital marketing, founder branding, and AI consulting and workshops. The work starts with a business problem, and scope, timing and support are agreed for each project. For automation, savings are measured after a pilot; they are not guaranteed by choosing an AI tool.

My work starts with a business problem: repeat work that consumes time, Arabic content without a clear system, a founder whose experience is hard to discover, or a team that needs a practical way to use AI.

This catalog was reviewed on 2 October 2026 against the current services page. The earlier Ops AI and Backline AI labels described a much wider menu of possible projects. The four services below are the clearer starting points now. Scope, timing, integrations and ongoing support are agreed for each project.

1. AI automation

Use this when incoming requests, handoffs, follow-ups or reporting keep returning the team to manual work.

Start with a workflow map: what arrives, where it gets stuck, who owns the next decision, and what a useful result looks like. Then choose a small system that fits the tools the team already uses.

Possible work includes organizing enquiries, preparing drafts for review, connecting approved systems, and building a useful operational view. A website, booking flow or payment integration needs its own requirements, access and acceptance checks. The Avant Clinics case study shows a concrete example of this work rather than a promise that every client needs the same stack.

Agree a baseline and one measure, such as response time, incomplete handoffs or the time needed to prepare a brief. Savings are measured after a pilot; they are not guaranteed by choosing an AI tool.

2. Arabic digital marketing

Use this when publishing happens, but the voice, review process and path from content to an enquiry are inconsistent.

The work can include positioning, a practical content plan, Arabic writing rules, reusable production templates and a review workflow. Campaign pages should connect a specific promise to credible evidence and a clear next action.

AI can help prepare alternatives and organize a production queue. A person reviews the facts, Arabic phrasing, brand assets and final publication. Ad accounts, publishing and paid media are separate decisions in the agreed scope.

Discuss your content system.

3. Founder branding

Use this when a founder has substantial experience, but the website, public narrative and content do not make it easy to understand.

Start with what the founder has actually built, the audience they want to reach, and the proof that can be shared. Shape that into a clear story, a useful website and a repeatable content direction.

Client examples, photographs and outcomes need the right publication scope. A convincing founder brand is built from specific evidence; it does not need invented performance figures or borrowed credibility.

Discuss your founder brand.

4. AI consulting and workshops

Use this when a team needs to choose a starting point, understand a tool, or practice an AI workflow before committing to a build.

A useful session works with tasks the team already handles. It should leave them with a clearer brief, examples they can adapt, and a way to judge the output. Sensitive information, access permissions and review responsibilities are discussed before live integrations.

The format and materials depend on the team and the task. A workshop is a practical learning engagement, not a promise that one session makes a whole organization autonomous.

Plan a session.

How we start

Describe what the team does, what slows it down and what would change if the problem were solved. We narrow the work, agree deliverables and review it in stages. A handover should explain how to operate the result, what to check and who owns the next update.

If you want to explore first, use the five-question diagnostic, browse the tools and resources, or read the Saudi hosting guide for data-location questions. Sector-specific requirements are assessed for the actual workflow; a general catalog does not establish compliance.
