Case study
Bouslah
An Arabic-first client platform with 7 advisor profiles, career resources and a configurable CMS, designed around a journey from guided intake to paid video consultation.

Problem
A career-guidance team needed one place to explain its services, introduce its advisors and manage content, with a clear path toward paid online consultations.
Approach
Built an Arabic-first website and a Directus back office, with structured advisor profiles, services and resources. The booking design connects guided intake, advisor selection, verified payment and a private video session.
Result
The public website presents 7 advisors and career resources. Booking and customer sign-in remain closed as of 14 October 2026; live payment processing and meeting creation are not claimed.

A website built around the service
I built Bouslah, البوصلة المهنية, to help people understand their career-guidance options and find the right advisor. The Arabic-first experience covers choosing a university major, exploring a career direction and developing or changing a professional path.
The public site introduces 7 advisors, each with a dedicated profile. Visitors can read about the service, explore practical career resources and understand the intended consultation journey before booking opens.

The team behind the website
The Directus back office puts content and operational configuration in the team's hands: advisor profiles, services, prices, availability, intake wording, site pages and message templates. Separate owner, operations and advisor roles are part of the platform design.
Public advisor profiles and operational booking eligibility are separate. Publishing a biography does not automatically make that advisor bookable.

The planned consultation journey
- Understand the visitor. A short guided intake prepares a summary the customer can review before sharing it with an advisor.
- Choose an advisor and time. The booking design connects advisor selection with availability shown in Riyadh time.
- Pay online. The specified Moyasar flow confirms payment only after a server-side notification and a fresh provider check.
- Meet by video. The specified Google Calendar integration creates a Google Meet link on the advisor's calendar, then delivers the link and a calendar file to the customer.
- Leave with a plan. The service is designed to finish with a written action plan from the advisor.
Delivery status, 14 October 2026: the public website is live. It explicitly says booking and sign-in are not yet available. Online payment processing and automatic meeting creation remain planned capabilities, rather than verified live transactions or sessions.
