The story
The abandoned listening station receives a voice he cannot mistake for anyone else.
A coastal caretaker hears his own distress call through a concrete sound mirror abandoned decades earlier. The message names a ship that has not yet been built, and a passenger he has only just met. As the calls grow closer together, he must decide which part of tomorrow to change without losing the reason he wants to survive it.
