The story
The scrapyard gave him power, then sent the whole city to collect.
Scrapyard worker Omar survives an electrical failure and discovers that metal responds to his fear. When the company seals off his neighborhood, he learns his younger sister signed the trial that caused it. Every street, lock and engine could help him reach her, but the magnet above the yard is still pulling him back toward the experiment.
